Mostar: World Intellectual Property Day 2026 celebration

World Intellectual Property Day 2026 will be celebrated in Mostar on Friday, April 24, 2026, and the central theme of the event is intellectual property and sport.

The event will be held at the hotel "Mostar", in Kneza Domagoja b.b. Street, starting at 11 am.

According to the announced program, from 11 to 11:30 the opening ceremony and addresses of the representatives of the Institute are planned, while from 11:30 to 12:30 presentations entitled "Patents, Trademarks and Copyright in the Service of Sport" will be held.

After the official part, from 12:30 to 13:30, a reception and networking are planned.

The focus of this year's celebration is the connection between intellectual property and sport, with the message that intellectual property is at the heart of every innovation which makes sport more exciting, safer and more accessible to everyone.
